So after a month of checking and waiting, I still see that my Redoubtable Accolade is at 173/200. It hasn't changed in the past several weeks and it is really starting to upset me. I have been playing since before the Feb 2nd launch and its still not giving me the days I deserve. I pay real cash to play this game only to be disappointed time and again by so many bugs. Please fix this Cryptic! I love Star Trek Online, and really enjoy playing it, but lately its been more of a haste than it is fun :'(
Check your actual time playing the game by looking at your "My Account" screen on the main website. If your actual time is less than 173 days, then it has to catch up to 173 days before you will see any progress again. The devs "fixed" the account time played a few weeks ago and this was the bug that most were seeing. Some people had the 200 vet reward before the game was live for 200 days.
If you have cancelled your subscription for whatever reason and came back, then your active time will be less than someone that started at the same time, but cancelled. Check your account and see what it says for "Subscribed for: X days" under Subscriptions. If it registers as something different from what you expect, then contact support. If not, then the accolade progression is waiting for the timer to catch up. I was stuck at 185 days on the accolade progression on my Accolade a month or two ago and had to wait a few weeks until my timer matched my accolade progression.
