Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I'm slowly completing my KDF bridge crew and I was wondering: is there a difference between blue/rare and purple/very rare Gorn bridge officers?
Looking on the Exchange, they all seem to have the same 3 first passives: Basic Reptilian Strength, Resilient and Cold Blooded, with the 4th passive being a superior ability.
Is there maybe a different advantage for purple Gorn boffs (stats/HP?), or are they basically the same as blue ones?
Just to confirm: with powers do you mean the skills you can train them in/ spend officer points on? So they might get (more) rare skills if they're purple?
Or do you mean the 4th passive ability/non-fixed trait?
(So far I haven't really seen a difference between blue and purple there yet; they're superior abilities both on blue and purple gorn boffs and I haven't spotted a different rarer one there yet.)
OK, thank you for the answers, Deadly Shoe! ^_^ If the only difference is going to be in rare trainable skills they might have, I'll just go on and enlist a blue Gorn now and maybe train it up later.
Not sure if it applies to BOFF or not but there was a chart (don't ask me where) in the forums that showed the extra skill levels of white, green, blue, and purple ship equipment. It was not a lot maybe +2 per each level.
I don't think think this applies to boffs though. I just enlisted a blue Klingon engineer to compare with my starter white Klingon Engineer, and the stats (Health) seemed the same.
