"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
On Tuesday, January 25th from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM PST (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM UTC) we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Cryptic Account system. During this time, you will not be able to create or manage Cryptic accounts. Players will not be able to log into the game; however, players already in the game should not be affected.
