Interesting theme for this challenge set.

I'll probably need to hold back for a bit and read other people's entries as I figure out if I want to put in an entry for this one, and which Captain I'd use in that eventuality.

Oh Wow. The story of Q'loveH getting command of the yaybom the second time is a story and a half. I definitely need to give that some thought and write about it.

My story is entitled "Cold Spell" [Post #2]. I may have steered slightly from the topic, but wanted to follow suit with such Trek episodes as TNG's "Samaritan Snare" and VOY's "Good Shephard," in which the Captain took crewmen out on shuttle missions for specific reasons. This seemed like a good opportunity to introduce the latest members to my crew, a Breen and a Reman (thanks to STO's reruns )

I'll be editing it as time goes on, so feel free to comment on what works and what doesn't. Offer suggestions and let me know of any typos and errors. Thanks.

Mines up, I was quite tired when I did it, it was all thought out on the spot, and I'm not all that great with this topic, so excuse any crappiness

I had to get my thinking cap on for this one. Unlike challenge 1, I hadn't already got some background. Thanks WishStone for keeping this up. Ihnoc now has an anecdote for parties!

I really want to see the founder of Vulcan philosophy and the founder of the first Empire play jazz together. ^^
