I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but when i went down to the lower deck in Earth Spacedock (the shortcut deck undernieth everything) my feet were not touching the floor.
Also, as convenient as the shortcut deck is, I notice that few if any people seem to use it. Perhaps some offices or kiosks could be places down here to add interest?
