At this phase of the Beta everyone will be starting as a fresh account. No character transfers will be allowed in the first few weeks, there will be no Beta Currency C-Store Stipend this week.
On a similar note, with us starting our F2P toons on Tribble from scratch, will we get the opportunity to transfer it over to Holodeck? I know this is usually out of the question, but spending so much time on the toon, it'd be nice as a one off.
Doubtful. You never want to mix your testing and production environments. Besides, your character may have data attributed to it on the testing server that won't work on the live server. (Database schema differences.) They're not going to go to the trouble of migrating people from one DB to another.
