For my TAC Excel-R... which do you think is better for my Commander Engineering Station?

I use DEM III myself. What is you overall setup, and what do you want to do with it??

for my TAC officer's excelsior i'm running 2x Dual Phaser, Phaser, Photon Torp forward and 3x Phaser and Photon Torp rear

and my Boff Skills:
TAC: BFAW / TS2 / BO3
ENG: EP2S / RSP / (AUX2SIF2/EWP3) -or- (EWP/AUX2SIF3)
ENG: EP2S / RSP
ENG: ET
SCI: ST / HE2

I don't use DEM unless I'm running something like 8 turrets (which my engineer excelsior does have...)

No emergncy power to enginesand only one engineer team (I run a 1 and 3) on the ship??? I think you need to build the ship up with ET3 on itmaybe bump up to the auxsif3

Well... science team is manditory to clear all the sci debuffs in pvp (and against some pve enemies), and the max Teams you can chain is 2... so I could never bring myself to use 2 Engineering teams and a Science Team... one of each does it for me.

Either way, your still handicapping yourself with only having Engineering team one on a ship that can supportEngineering Team 3.
