I'm getting really sick of all this pay2win console BS... and I'm probably not the only one.

So I'm here proposing a gentleman's agreement within the greater PvP community. Leave the pay2win consoles in the bank.

How about it folks? Let's take PvP back to ships and tactics, not a contest of which team has the most new OP toys.

If you want a fair fight, let's make it a fair fight.

I'd persoanly agree with them... but it is a certain that most players wont... wich would let us end up weaker.

i have tried the 2 escort consoles...meh. just okay. i can do without, and well, actually i dont use any of the p2w stuff now that i think about it.

but i did throw the evasive console thingy on....the one from the sabre....i used that a few times last week cause i rans outa das deuterium burns'....

the game is designed around these consoles with a weak attempt at balncing the heavily nerfed klingons. i am planning on getting everything they come out with i can and making whatever work possible. becus i see alot of feds using the instarunaway console. hell i seen feds using bs special fed ships since nigh day 1. enough is enough. no. holds. barred. man up or ship out swtor is waiting for you and the other weak willed quitters.

no offense, but there are in game methods of attaining cstore points. this game has NOTHING for an economy and NO real difficulty amassing wealth. if you didnt get ~1 million dilithium from the transfer or you dont have 20$ (never bought an expansion pack???) to get what you personally need from the c store then naff off.

With REAL broken standard skills and op sci and healz for months, anything the consoles bring is laughable in comparison.

Heavily... nerfed... Klingons? Klingons?

I have a Klink toon, it is in no way nerfed. I kill with it just as easily as I do with my Fed... without resorting to all the toys.

If your strategy relies on using one of these consoles to survive or to make a kill you should probably reassess your playstyle.

Is there any particular console that you don't like or all of them in general?

I'm With Mini on this one.
My playstyle has never "depended" on these in the past, as we just got them a few days ago. But I'm working to integrate them into it. Successfully, for the most part.

Same with me, I find that the Theta console works great as a defensive item, gotta get the heck outta dodge, pop theta and go, of course its still great to payback all that EWP that seems to stall me out forever.

Most of the time, I hold my p2w consoles until I'm hit with one,, AMS goes off and here comes p2w hell.

I will mention that I think the stacking of the tachyon drones/aceton thingy/plasma-something-leach is a bit over the top, individually their not much of a worry but start stacking them and one has just rendered their opponent helpless, good for an easy kill but not much fun.
