I know what a feature episode is, I just wasn't aware of that abreviation. Thanks for the explanation.
And you want those on the C-Store? For 20 bucks each? Erm... no offense or anything, but are you nuts? It's sad enough how every stupid offline RPG nickles and dimes me to death these days ever since some genius came up with stupid *** horse armor for two bucks, I don't wanna shell out twenty per half hour of gameplay - if that. Besides, where's the logic in that? Make the subscription fee optional, then charge people even more for each tiny bit of new content? Come on!
Having to pay extra for every bit of content is exactly what's keeping me away from DDO and LotRo.
Think about it it'd be the greatest possible source of income and would provide budget for further content/missions got you thinking hasn't it Cryptic not a bad idea!
Make them about 2000 CP a pop and that's a lot of dough right there.
Why are you trying to help Cryptic monetize STO? They've got plenty of marketers to do that for them. This doesn't benefit the players in any shape or form.
Beyond that, suggesting that FEs are comparable to an entire LOTRO expansions is a little bit silly. FEs are generally a couple of hours of content at most, with a couple of minor rewards. Pricing them at $25 each makes them a laughably poor value.
