(Victory is Life is a bonus effect from the Jem'Hadar 3 Peice space set gained through the new FE's it's effect is 1% chance, while fireing Polaron energy weapons, remove a single buff from the enemy target. Only works with the Jem'Hadar Fighter and the Cardassian Galor)
I tested this bug with a friend, fireing 8 Polaron Energy Beams at him, but had no buff strip after fireing with and with out FAW for a good 5 minutes at least.
I was not able to test this with the Jem'hadar Fighter.
Because I have yet to see in the Release notes so far that this has been fixed, I am bringing this back up as still being an issue as I assume it hasn't been fixed yet. Also after testing it out again, I still do not see Victory is Life with it's 1% Chance to proc, procing and stripping a buff. So still an Issue.
I'm going to go ahead and bump this as I have still yet to see the Jem'hadar set with this proc on my Jem'hadar Attack Ship. Would be a nice balance to have this with Phased Polarons considering their damage isn't direct damage like DHCs.
