I believe Commander Sela has found allies in her bid for power. The artificial quantum singularities we were able to track seem to have been left by a species weíve never encountered before. Commander Sela managed to contact them and begin some sort of negotiations.
I had further indications of some sort of potential alliance three nights ago, when Tílos and I were guarding Commander Selaís quarters. Tílos, as Selaís right hand man, rarely acts as a simple guard. When he joined me, he told me to expect visitors.

The Hirogen might have got a taste for hunting Species 8472 from their last encounter, sounds like they've moved into fluidic space and have managed to use their ability to open quantum singularities. If they are at war it could explain Species 8472's hostility towards the Federation, it was after all Voyager that beamed one of them over to the Hirogen ship to be slaughtered.

The Malon.... The Malon! They are not even worthy of being servents of the Empire. They aren't even worthy to fight. I would say the Vidiian would a worthy companion if we went that route.

YAY Hirogen... This is exiting. Their network of relay thingies went right to the edge of Federation Space so I'm not shocked they are turning up.

YAY for Sela too... I always liked her.

In fact.... YAY for the Romulans who I would gladly give up Starfleet for
