In todays release notes it states:-
"Slightly reduced the damage output of all Dreadnought-class ships, game-wide."
Now, my question is this, is this just for NPC's or is it Players too?
If this is for player bought ships I find this shocking. I'm well aware that Cryptic/Perfect world get a huge amount of stick from so called fans, and I've always stood up for them, but if they've nerfed the player bought ships, thats just plain unfair.
The Dreadnought Ship is a C-Store item, and I, like countless others, have paid real money for this ship. If it turns out that they have now cut it's damage output (Regardless of how "slightly" this is done), well, thats like buying a dvd, then a month later, some-one turning up at your door to replace it with one without the special featues! I've bought the ship and I expected it to remain the same as when I purchased it!
If it is just the NPC ships that this effects then I apologise for this post, if it effects the player bought ships too then I am less than impressed!
The way the game is designed, it would be impossible to nerf damage output of a single type of player ship outright. They'd have to do it indirectly, by either adjusting the default weapons power output of the ship, or by adjusting the damage output of weapons themselves.
Suffice to say that I'm almost certain this change only affects NPC dreadnoughts.
