I have plenty of cash and am trying to GIVE you money Cryptic - why do I keep getting the "your purchase can can not be completed - please try again later" - and I have been getting that for 2 WEEKS now.......
Please assist ... btw ALL of my support messages have been ignored...........
Same thing happened to me, first try was dud because I had forgotten to update the billing on the card with Cryptic, then it failed again after I had corrected the billing information, however I noticed it had been accepted by the bank and was set to pending.
Did you try purchasing through the web page or in-game?
