Are these all T5? or are they different levels depending on character/ship?

I assume they are all endgame level ships, as thats the idea that was given in the Priority One podcast with Al on the fleet ships.

The only one that threw me off was the Ning'Tao, at first. Then I noticed that it has a commander, (2) LTC, and a LT universal BOff slots. So the 16k hitpoints made more sense.

These don't look too bad. Looks like they won't be too massively over-powered.

Love the Corsair, it means I can finally put my Orion in an Orion ship. Bit meh on the Qin, would have liked a uni ensign. The Somraw has the Eng ensign but less HP and Eng consoles and a ton less shields so I guess I'll be staying in a Qin regardless.

The BoPs are interesting, not sure either replaces the B'rel, which is good.

There should be more to come but so far, I like them much better than the Fed ones we've seen so far.

I don't know why they chose the Qin, it's the ugliest raptor in game. Should have gone with the T-4. Then we could have that sexcellent C-store skin for it.

As it is the Hoh'sus, Scourge, and Corsair on the only ones I am interested in.

That's a really powerful Universal BOFF mix, but you pay for it by having an even more fragile hull than the flimsy B'Rel. That BOFF setup can really let some of us cut loose, but that hull allows no room for failure

This would make it a true carrier and quite capable. As a FLEET Carrier its perfect due to its tremendous amounts of consoles and hangar bays from which it can provide support abilities. The universal stations also allow perfect flexibility. The loss of a weapon slot fore and aft in exchange for more hangar bays makes this a true carrier.

I don't know if I would make that many changes, but the fleet voquv does feel underwhelming...I was always hoping for a more maneuverable voquv dreadnought with cloak perhaps a 4th forward weapon. (since the kar'fi won't move on as of yet.) Or at least perhaps a 3rd hanger.
