i pay to play, not for bugs, some of the bugs, is it worth gold? yes AND no
can i get an ETA for this fix?
but in any MMO, if the bugs are to gnarly, people usually move along, look at fusion fall, still bugged with much crashes, and it came, went free, and is now a barren wasteland ... lol
(i know, to much for a doff bug but hey, stability is the one true boss of everything excluding the customers decision to pay for one or another service)

And very nice you pay to play. Doesn't entitle you to demand anything, though.
As you already said, if the things you get for paying aren't good enough, don't do it (like others, including me).
AAAAAAND i do want to thank suricatta, i have 4 feds i can give it to, again, ty much "suricatta", this was literary gold forum help
this should answer why it will not equip on any of my 5 KDFs
(yes was the answer to it, it is a fed doff, the doff completely engulfs the icon behind it on my KDF one also) appearance shows it to be a black ring for KDF or red for Fed, they should revamp the icons, and provide a even more in depth sorting method for doffs
