I am a life time member, just got it. As soon as I got it my store bugged and I can't claim anything from it. I have confirmed that I m not the only one with this bug. This needs to be fixed quickly. For those that think this is an idle threat I can have by bank reverse the charge for the life time membership.

First, this isn't the support forums. If you have a game problem you need to file a Support Ticket in-game, and if you want post on the forum about it do so in the Tech forum, as Devs don't frequent this forum and so can't help you.

Also, when you post about it be a little more specific as to what your problem is. All I am really getting here is that you bought an LTS and apparently can't use the C-Store for something. So I have to ask, did you buy any Zen? If you did buy Zen from PW, did you remember to transfer it to STO?

Without specific information no one is going to be able to help you.
