I sold a couple of items on the exchange for 650k EC each, but I was not credited with the cash. Does anyone know if this is a bug and/or whom to address this to?
Never heard of this before. I'd suggest opening a GM ticket in game so they can investigate. The more information you can give them, the better.
Remember, the money comes directly to you, not through email; you get a message in the farthest left chat tab, the one for rewards; it looks like a box with an exclamation point.

Are you a free player, maybe you have an ec cap? Silver players can't go higher than 10 mill ec and anything you sell would not be added to your balance. do you currently have 10 million ec in your account and if so are you a silver (non subscribing) player?

Are you checking the correct toons? Rmeember the EC will go to the toon who listed the item.

I have the same problem i sold a couple of things and didnt get the money (im a silver player and not at EC cap)
also things i post dont show up when i search for them
