A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
i bought my LTS the first time it went on sale in 2009. I got the Borg playable race after the new patch were if your a LTS you get all the rewards. I didnt get mine so i contacted the customer service they took me there wasnt a purchase for the LTS on my account. I still have the Borg playable race. It was a error that benefited me. No i bought a LTS and it was a Error in there billing. I'm having trouble getting the bank info for 2009 from a closed bank. So has they said i was a Valued Customer it sucks to be you. People keep that info if you dont have it get it. This could happen to you too.
