I keep trying to use the earn Zen promos like the free Netflix month and such but every time I get a "You've Already Tried This" message. Trust me, just looking at the amount of Zen I have and my purchase history proves that I haven't.
I've just been offered the same survey three times, each time offering different amounts of Zen. Whenever I try it, it gets part-way through then decides 'There is a problem with your survey' and cancels it.
On the other hand, several of the other offers sem to be working. I've got some 233 Zen that I didn't have this morning.
Doing the surveys is "Hit and Miss". I certainly dont rely on them to get me points, cuz most the time im either rejected, or gets halfway through and cancels. Once in awhile they work, and payout. So i just dont take them too seriously, and NEVER do one that asks for your phone number. I'm still telling people to quit calling, from when i made that mistake months ago.
It's almost always a scam, like so much else here. I've gotten some points out of the system after legitimately and honestly filling out surveys. Far more often, I've gotten disqualified after completing them.
As for the "service inquiry" types, far more hassle than it could ever be worth. It's like giving a monkey a crash seat and roll cage on your back. And a helmet.
