Our fleet starbase needs white tactical duty officers. Which duty officers should I buy on the exchange to get tactical duty officers? I cannot directly find "Duty officer - Tactical" on the exchange.

ground and space warfare specialists are within tactical department and they can be obtained from http://www.stowiki.org/Fleet_Tactica...y_Duty_Officer but this is unlocked at starbase II.
But you can buy them from Exchange even at 5k each if you type their names from this list

Both fed and kdf are accepted in projects.Input their names or use copy and paste from wikia to game with CTRL+V in search at the excange with "All" tab and common rarity..
The lists are made by and i update them everytime i have the chance.At the moment only the common quality.

Even if some pages are outdated ,others are updated almost everyday,wikia is knowledge and knowledge is power and where is power ,money comes easily

Why ppl don't visit stowiki and they ask in forums and in game ?

i believe assault squad officers are also tactical. if security is part of tactical then the security officer doffs are tac as well.

Open up your doff roster, whatever specialisation is under "Tactical" submenu is in fact a tactical duty officer.

From top of my head:

Tacs: energy weapons, proj weapons, connection, warfare specialists, shield distro

Security: security, assault, armory

S6 introduced few buggy doffs with wrong department which is still "working as intended"...

Muh huh wha? Has Google been taking too many happy pills again? It gets excessively paranoid when it does that...

Might want to check again. Also, too. Make sure you go to STOwiki.ORG, not .COM. That might be a part of the problem. In fact, I'd bet latinum that it is.

You can also spend your Fleet cred to buy tactical doffs and that can be fed into the starbase for more points!

It can improve the efficiency while working your way through the lower tiers.
