Today the administration of the provisions of the fleet can be summarized this way:

"You can buy and you can not buy"

I would suggest that the situation was this ...

"What you can buy .... and what you can not buy .... and how much you can buy "

in the picture below I show better what I said

http://postimage.org/image/pyiost98b/full/

As you can see in the picture there is a checkbox to determine which department is possible buy, what level and also how many units is possible buy.

everything the fleet leader has to do is define the hierarchy of the group and what each level can buy or not and how many items it can buy

this way, you eliminate the chance of someone looting their fleet, restinge good items for good players or players with more participation and difficult the work of selfish players

So... what do you think?

Thanks for your attention

*Me*Why don't you just step away from the weapons console. You and I both know that you couldn't hit that cube, even if it was right in front of us.
*Junior Tactical Officer* But sir the cube IS right in front of us.
*Me* EXACTLY! Its right in front of us and you still missed it! Just step away from the console.
