What missions do you get the hybrid weapons with 2 different types of procs? or the specialized hybrid gear? I have been gone for quite a while and now comming back I find myself quite lost.

Polarized disruptors are fairly cheap on the exchange by the standards of purple mk11/12 gear, I picked up a couple mk12 turrets for well under 100k for the pair, on paper those procs should make them ideal team weapons that a sci/carrier/cruiser can setup an opponent for easy destruction by an escort.

The hilbert pvp guide suggests the plasma disruptors as the best easy to get weapons.
