Every time I try to heal another I heal
Myself because I take a hit and I lose
Lock on them, thus I heal myself.

Is this intended? Or a bug ?

If I am not under fire there is no problem

Depends on your settings. If you have it set to change target upon attacked, then that will just keep on happening.

To change that, you go to settings, gameplay, and scroll down a little. It should be one of the options there. If it's not there, then it's somewhere in the options menu. And it is changeable.
