***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

This has been bugging me every time I see it. Is it getting fixed?

I haven't seen anyone report it, and the guy is kinda levitating there, like something is missing, because there isn't a place for him to stand.

Protips! You'll thank me later.
Save your Patrol Missions for the level cap increase.
Disable on-demand patching, wait for update to finish, reenable on-demand patching.

I played around in that area a bit, the binding box for those building pieces are absolutely massive, when you get close to it your shadow goes all funny as well.
