Is this unlock supposed to take 40 HOURS.. i thought all T1 an T2 were supposed to be 20 hour unlocks.. were the patch notes not specific enough or is it just the reputation bonuses that are 20 hours.
It must be working as intended. That's why it is 40 hours.

I've looked over the patch notes, and they say all Reputation XP and Tier-Up projects had their cooldowns reduced (to 20 hours, and 15 mins, respectively)... nothing about the requsition or store unlock stuff though.
I'll live without it, but those should be 2 hours, or something similiar.
