  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher

I still haven't spent all the Zen from the last Zen Bonus sale, lol. You guys need to make more stuff that aren't gamble boxes. I mean I don't mind buying the occasional handful of keys to try my luck, but I'm not going to only spend on that. Please release some more ships, costumes, or other permanent/account-wide items that are worth spendng Zen on and I'll consider buying more.

That being said, good on ya for another sale. I hope someone gets to enjoy the bonus points! Woot for them!!

And Moneybookers still doesn't work with prepaid-credit cards with some US addresses. You need a better payment processor.
