it is a idea maybe for season 8.
lot of games has guild system we have that to.
but other games has housing systems and maybe can we have the housing system.
we have guild starbase's,embassy's and our ships.
but is nothing beter then your home.
you can say players playing only ground and space combat.
but much player's like the fleet starbase's because it is a part of him(they contribute and help)
i hope there comes a housing system,think about it you can hang out with friends maybe play dabo?
but it is just a idea.

Your ship is your home... and Players have been asking for customization since beta...

it's a great idea, but it seems to be beyond Cryptics abilities (i mean... look at the foundry right?).

Also, at this point, ideas for season 8 seems to be hammered into stone, so maybe season 9 at the earliest?

I would agree more to more ship customization vs an actual pixel property with welcome mats and home sweet home tags.

No and its gonna be super weird for an ST based game. I cannot imagine.. housing system, complete with a garage to park your starship.. would be hillarious. I'm sorry, no offense but its just weird.

Not sure how familiar are you with ST, but your ship is actually your home away from home. You have starbases for resupply and stuff, but the captain and his crew lives on the ship for the duration of your mission.

So.. not a good idea and I will not agree to have a housing system..

We already have housing, it's call the Captains quarters on board our vessels.

What we need is more functionality in our Ready Room and Captains quarters.

We need the ability to travel though sector space while we are in our ship interior.

You have the Bridge #1, let me know when we've arrived at our destination

thats why and about the missions just to wait of what the future brings.

a great deal could be done so players can customize their ships interiors and crew to make it personal

uniforms and equipment for crew members

equipment for ships and decorations

bonuses to moral for happy efficient crews

Training for crew members away team missions involving Boffs as team leaders
a lot of potentional here for new content

the bridge layout resembling the actual ship in size and with the correct amount of crew

This could be another game within the game if done properly
