Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message
Has anyone else experienced this? For every $5.00 I purchase of Zen, my bank account is actually being charged $5.04. I have multiple purchases over the last month to confirm that it's not a one-time error, and they range from $5.04 to $10.08 all the way up to one purchase of $50.40. My total purchases have been "overcharged" less than $1 or so, so I'm not particularly concerned, but thought maybe someone else was seeing a similar error and could confirm or it was normal? Is it maybe tax (it's not the correct sales tax % for my state if so)?
^^^ This. It sounds very much like an exchange tranfer rate 'issue'. It is normal if you buy something outside of your own country.
Actually, I can't think of a single currency that would account for such a small amount... And especially not at such heavily flux in terms of amount charged...
Hmm, is your account in the same currency as the transaction?
Uh, that's a good question. I'm in the US, so where is moneybookers, the people who take money for direct credit/debit card transactions. This seems like a reasonable answer, though and it satisfies me. Thanks!
MoneyBookers is an English Company based in London.
