Let me tell the story in third-person narrative style...

Two diplomats and a security guard arrive at a third-party peace talk meeting. While the talks are going on, the security guard wanders out of the room to get a drink of water. When she comes back she's holding something and says, "Hey guys, look what I found! A pipe bomb!"

Sadly, she was the only fatality. Her bright red uniform, now burned, was later given to her family.

The End.

I once had an EPIC disaster that killed four guys.... I wish I could remember what the assignment was, but it had 5 slots...(not colonists)

On 21 may 2013, the lag in Star Trek online transcended EPIC! to become near complete Temporal Stasis.
Do not panic. The time distortion effect should end soon.

Thanks Markhawkman-

The Reman Space set fails (4 fails) where I used purple and blue doffs with appropriate attributes. The intent to keep me PUGging the shuttle event for resources was hilarious. Also the inability for Purple doffs with appropriate attributes to successfully wrap presents.

Hmm, would have to be the salvage minefield mission- which ended in a failure and all my blue explosive expert DOFFs got killed.
