A while ago, I hit a key and my bridge officer tray, the one at the bottom of the screen, disappeared, and I can't get it back. Can anybody help?

Hit escape until the game menu pops up in the middle of the screen. Select the top option. Alot of the UI should be replaced by green boxes. The green box representing your tray is "hidden" so click "show" on the appropriate box.
