So... searched the forums and saw the last thread to bring this up was last posted in 12/2012 and the last post incorrectly claimed a patch had fixed it.

NOPE!

RAs in Tau Dewa are still broken several months after release and it doesnt seem there is any word on if a fix is coming.

This is a daily mission for highly sought after Romulan marks that people are having trouble doing, could we get a patch to fix this? I remember back when I started there was a similar issue with the borg RAs and that was improved a long time ago, please dont make us wait too long for a fix.

On my main account I have warped into battle several times only to find an empty expanse of space with no enemies... I agree something must be done

It works very much like any other red alert, and those have always had this flaw (with the F2P anniversary recently, it's now over a year).
TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix: Bring in the Allegiance class
Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia: Design that long overdue Tier 5 C-Store Raptor
Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var: Give us Asylums for Romulans

Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!
