Because it's the coolest combadge, and it knows it. The others are just ashamed to show their faces.

Because the WoK combadge is classy like that. It patiently waits for you to install nude mods instead of going right for the boobie prize.

McCoy: Where are we going?
Kirk: Where the commbadges went.
McCoy: Suppose they went *nowhere*?
Kirk: Then this will be your big chance to get away from it all.

"I've done far worse than kill you, Admiral. I've hurt you. And I wish to go on hurting you. I shall leave you as you left me, as you left her; marooned for all eternity in the center of a breast... buried alive! Buried alive...! "

What an evil combadge.

I'm tempted to stick that in my sig, but I think I'd eventually get a citation.

In all seriousness though, why is it that the WoK Combadge is the only one that isn't going the way of the Bismarck on my captains chest?

It isn't... the Terran Empire, TOS, TMP, AGT, and 2409 combadges should all be positioned high enough to avoid breast-clipping, even at 100% breast size. TNG-era badges will clip at bust sizes over like 42%, though, likely due to how they're "attached" to the model (they sit lower on the model itself than the ones that don't clip, and appear to be attached to a "bone" that's approximately at the surface of the model for small-breast models, and the bust slider does not move that bone as it scales the breast).

Both TNG badges do too. Try setting your bust slider to something realistic.

Although I should point out that there are more problems with this than purile male fantasies, such as the com-badges sinking on the open jacket when a weapon is drawn.
