***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher

My internet it up (obviously)

Every-time I click on the STO icon, it says it is trying to update the launcher
Then it says


Unable to establish Patch Server ....

Why?
I also tried restarting my internet and computer to no avial

Please help
