This will show you some photos of a Prototype starship in development by the EDSF. We need your help to see it a reality.

Specs for in game use would be 5/5 weapon slots, Cruiser support ship. Multiphasic Shields, Torpedo Turrets, Spinal Phaser Lance MkX, 5/4/5 console slots, 5 device slots, 50000 base hull and 10000 base shields.

Nessels seperate at warp. The ring rotates around the Hull. Ship in photo will not be as large as depicted.

Most of the design looks sturdy if a little plain, but sorry the central hoop thing just looks wrong. It might be better if that (weapons ring?) was broken into a couple a pods dorsal and ventral or a spoiler and foil shape that follows the lines of the saucer.

Going to give it a turn rate of 0.0001 and inertia of 70, just to balance things out? Seriously, look at how other in-game ships are designed before posting pipe dreams.

I think it's a great idea, as long as we get a science ship equivalent of it. 4/4 weapon slots and 40,000 hull with a shield modifier of 2.5 with 4/3/7 console slots.

It should also come with a "Shield Absorber" console that drains all of the shields from all enemy ships with 10 kilometers, and adds them to your own. Using this console can even temporarily buff your shield capacity over it's normal maximum, say for 30 seconds. With a 2 minute cooldown.

Oh and a turn rate of 33 would be acceptable.
