well ok maybe getting killed by a torp that does 0 damage is worse BUT on to the main reason for this post. i just sold my mirror science ship and i now have enough for a jem'hadar heavy escort but i dont know if i should get it. i have the fleet defiant now and that does OHMYGERD damage but my fleet mates say that the escort tanks awesome amounts of damage and can dish out the DPS. so i guess my main question is this, is it worth it to switch ships and spend the 69ish mill?

but then again the temporal destroyer looks nice....

My number one criteria when choosing a ship:

Does the design of this ship make me smile? Or when I'm flying around the universe in this thing with my chase camera hovering over its after end will I be thinking "My God, you're ugly" the entire time?

Based on this criteria alone, I wouldn't fly any Jem'Hadar ship if you gave me one for free.

Plus the Jem HEC is inferior to the Fleet Armitage in every way that really matters. I fly a standard Armitage and I think even that's a better ship. I certainly have no problem killing Jems in PvP.
