These are not customizable? (Meaning choosing between the original and refit parts like the Excelsior.)

And sure this is Tier 5? Because I'm noticing they are in the Tier 5 section.
Legacy of Romulus? No, Lag-acy of Ran-u-Less.

Sorry cannot afford then, its not the Fleet Modules ... I can afford those, I cannot afford the Fleet Marks.

You should be able to customize the parts on the Yamaguchi (between the Ambassador and the Yamaguchi variant, same for K'maj). They are available to fleets that have unlocked a tier 3 shipyard.

Give us a Fleet Galaxy-X with a respectable Boff layout and I'll spend some money on a ship.

Don't confuse ship tier with shipyard tier. All Fleet ships are equivalent to tier 5 ships, but this ship requires a fleet to have a tier 3 shipyard for acquisition. confusing isn't it....

Kind sirs,

When you turned off the Breen starship 2012 ornament, it looks like you turned off the Starbase Tribbles too. I asked Nemo Jones to bring them back, but he doesn't seem to be able to. Please bring back the starbase tribbles. I'll assume they're enjoying VD today, but they have a curfew and must come home to their starbase...
