SRS are a very good fleet with amazing people they are very helpful and seem to be very active in both pve and pvp

Wrong forum. Use Starbase One for fleet recruitment. It will get moved and prove you wrong. "General" forum as in "General Feedback" about the game. This is not a general "General" forum...

The only problem with this approach I see is just because someone leaves their small fleet for your large fleet, do they instantly earn access to your fleet store?

My tier III starbase is small, with only 6 fleet members, but we got more provisions than we know what to do with and ZERO drama over their allocation.

Can many large fleets same the same thing?
