Hey Guys just wanted to ask on your opinion about this but I am trying to find out what is the best way of weapons to use against the Borg hull because when I go into pvp with ppl they have really good hulls and I can still kill them but when I go in STF then now it's all a different story. So what I want to know is what type of that they have and what weapon I should be recommended to use.

In general if you PvP and can kill your enemies then 'sploding Borg should be a piece of cake. So either you are too squishy and the Borg are taking you out in one shot, or those PvP'ers that you've killed actually don't have good hull/defense at all, hence why they are easily killed. So I'm very curious as to the specs on your ship. What is your ship/build that you are using?

Quantum torpedoes with projectile specialization maxed are devastating to Borg. I use three fleet advanced launchers fore, and three aft - alongside 3 purple projectile Doffs, 2 pieces of Adapted Maco for the 25% dmg bonus, and 5 30% Zero Point Quantum Chambers.

With this setup, you'll fire about a torpedo per second, which will do 8,000 dmg before any buffs. Fully buffed, they're over 17,300 dmg for me. That much raw kinetic damage can bash through shields almost as well as any cannon setup. You'll have a torp: high yield that does 50k damage, and if you use a pair of them, you can fire it stacked or every 15 seconds.

A projectile specialist with quantums is probably the best hull-killer in game atm.

That's very much debatable. Stacking that many torpedoes means that even with chain proccing PWOs you're still very reliant on something else knocking a target's shields down. Plus, you sacrifice an incredible amount of supporting fire from the energy weapons you're replacing to sustain your rain of quantums.

Not really, because it is only 1730 damage against shields. Not even what 1 (buffed) DHC does.

Best way to burn the Borg? Burn the bloody Borg! Romulan Hyper Plasma torp with 3 purple PWO. Even with no Ambiplasma Envelopes, I can reliably do about 3k per torp with a 300 per tick plasma burn that can stack up to 15 times, constantly having it's stacks refreshed by new arrivals. Even only doing a tiny amount of shield damage (300 per hit, like a turret), and only having 25% bleedthrough damage (which is 750 per torp, kinda sad), that massive plasma burn does the rest, giving me almost constant 3-4k damage per tick. Add in the zero point energy conduit and borg assimilated module, and all of a sudden you're critting with both the torp and the burn... AND your torps go faster (courtesy of the romulan 2 piece bonus). And once their shields go down... well... let's just say that melting metal never smelled so good.

Best part is, you can run this setup with maxed out shield power and high aux for when you draw aggro.
It is said the best weapon is one that is never fired. I disagree. The best weapon is one you only have to fire... once.
Tired of Wasting EC and Time trying to get Superior Romulan Operative BOffs? Here's a cheap and easy way to get them, with an almost 100% chance of success.

Just going to point out that plasma burns don't refresh the entire stack. If they did, STF Borg would be even more cheesily annoying to fight than they already are.
