Don't get me wrong, the models are nicely made, but in my personal opinion they do not resemble the real Andorian models;

I really thought the new escorts would look more like this, smaller, smaller in width, im kinda disappointed on the shape of the ship itself.

Its way oversized for an escort this could probably fit better in the cruiser area.
Now dont get me wrong again, the Materials look awesome and so are some parts like the wing cannons which all resemble the ship fairly well...

Any chance we can get another model of the real deal? Please :C

He means that the kumari in star trek online is in some ways quite different than the one from the show. I also feel the 2409-version a bit to bulky here and there and not as beautiful as the one from the tv show.

It's supposed to be different. There's a time gap since the ships he posted and they have been "updated". I like them, new and old.

I've read this concern in other threads this week. Perhaps what player's should look for is a Fleet Kumari to be released later? Maybe that is where the costume wanted will appear? Granted, some may have buy those fleet modules. Them's the breaks these days for refined details.

This iconic Andorian vessel served as a foundation for the development of many later ships, but the Kumari line is a direct improvement over the original Kumari design using the latest developments in Federation technology.

See, this justification is all well and good... But how then do you explain the D'Kyr or the NX-Class looking virtually identical to their 300 year old counterparts?

I too feel the 22nd Century "Kumari skin" should be made available.

The NX is an intentional replica made by engineers who were just that bored.
I got nothing on the D'Kyr. However, Vulcans being boring and stodgy wouldn't much care about ship design as long as it worked.

The Andorians are supposed to be militaristic and ambitious. There's little logic in them keeping the exact same space frame for 300+ years without any alteration.
