The autoattack option doesn't have commonality between its behaviour in space and on the ground.
The ground controls have an option to alter the auto attack to 4 presets - None; Maintain; Toggle, Change never cancels; Toggle, Change cancels. This is the same system Champions Online uses.
The space controls do not have this option and it results in the auto attack ceasing fire after every target change as it appears to be at a default of Toggle, Change cancels.
Has this been an oversight or is it an intended function that you cannot configure your spaceborne auto attack functions? Just to clarify, this is not a problem with setting autofire (via right clicking the icon) but being unable to alter the behaviour of the attack. It would be nice to have your standard attack automatically fire as it swaps between targets like it can on the ground, freeing you up to concentrate on your other weapons and abilities.
