UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members

It's the first day of open beta, and all the authentication, character, and gameplay servers are taking a beating right now. I have made it in through persistance and repeat trying, but have continually been bounced back out after about 5-15 minutes of play.
yep goin to take time for them to add more servers and get the load off the ones they have running now.
Its all about money they want to use the least amount of servers and fill them with the most people. buisness is buisness. by end of day it should be up and running better
