# 1 PvP Gentleman's Agreement
03-12-2013, 02:24 PM
Saw it posted in another thread, and now I want to know what is on this secret gentlemen's agreement list that people shouldn't use in a pre-made pvp match.

And....Go!

its the terms agreed before a premade match - simple as.

You mean there's not a pre-made list of banned ships/doffs/items/consoles?

EDIT: Nothing in general that is always or almost always frowned upon?

I go by the rule of "Run what you Brung" same as any good old fashioned grudge matched street race... if that means i get my arse handed to me then so be it (it happens all the time, some guys just are better with better stuff)

It's a moving target. SNb doffs have been a pretty constant issue, some other consoles. But given the habit of ninja patching, things change quickly.

P2W is so deeply embedded into the system that it is hard to avoid. So no P2W has gone out of the window a long time ago.

The fact that some (probably the majority, imv) feel the need to have these agreements in the first place is rather telling.

Lately it's been a dog eat dog world. In the public Q's it's anything goes but many people do show restraint on P2W or broken abilities. Everyone has there own opinion so be careful on who you listen to. 1 persons broken ability is another's necessity. Basically go and have fun.

Anything you use against someone that works is OP.Anything they use against you that works is OK. If you want to be the most hated player in the game hit someone with a grav pulse inversion and ams .
