A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I got that for a little bit. Then it would authenticate but tell me I was not allowed to access the server at this current time for some reason. I can not get back into the game. ):
I'm getting the same message as you (not allowed to log in at this time).
Update: At login their message says that they are extending the server's downtime to 12:00am. That's Pacific time, so those in the east have to wait until 3:00am. Basically, the answer is that the server is still down.
