We are aware there is a queue to log in at this time.
We're aware of a Skill Points issue some Romulans may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Fine you cured the lag and the rubber banding was having yesterday playtest, but this evening my load times between missions and sector space was horrendus, was taking like 5-10 mins to zone with the very long loading screens.
Never had this issue before so it now needs optimised, to load faster and stops us hanging in the limbo of the loading screen. As wit hteh game is all instances the loading screens really need to load very fast to keep a fluid gameplay, otherwise it does begin to take the enjoyment from the game away.
Also had a problem accessing the forums, took long time for them to load up to, to post this message.
I believe they optimized the instance code so people now wait in a "queue" for an open instance instead of just getting kicked back to the login screen.
