I can only locate 2 out of 5 safety issues in the entire station. I have gone thru every accessible place and still can't progress past 2/5

they appear in the same room after u find one then the next appears stay in the room and keep looking

I figured it out, you need to scan the holonovel thing in the corner, looks like a round chess table...Then the last 2 items will "open up"
