UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Are the servers down right now? (even though Server Status says "UP") I'm getting a timeout on connecting to the account server. I double-checked my firewall settings just to be sure it didn't block the game client out.
Since the 13th Jan, all I get now everytime I try to start a game and connect to the server is "Cant Find Server" and then if I sit there long enough it finally gets into the server but the lag is so bad I cant even move my Character.
So much for participating in the BETA. You would think that they would at least make sure the server was right before going to BETA.
