UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I completed the intro on two characters and am stuck in the warp trasition to the federation star base. I waited 10 min minimum on both before having to force the program closed because I was stuck. Now if I try and log in it logs me into the transition in warp and binds up at about 3/4 loaded.
Welcome to my world...sorry, thats not constructive. It's just that I have been on this is issue for both characters already, which is very lame. The best you can do is create another character and play with your fingers crossed everytime you get to a download screen. This is an issue pretty much happening to a lot of players.
