I'm sorry if this has been reported before or would fit into another topic, but a quick search didn't show any matching results, so here I go...

I just beamed down to Vega colony with my Bridge Officer/Engineer (a Vulcan called Silik) at my side. I collected my weapon and kit and went towards the settlement, when suddenly my officer started running around in circles like crazy. Finally I got him to follow me, but when I stopped walking, he froze in mid-step, with one foot in the air... it looked really strange. And now he hardly follows me at all. When I run away, he just stands there, doing nothing. I have to literally cross half of the area to get him to sprint after me. When I attack something, he joins combat at once, so I doubt it's a latency issue.
