"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I'm going to bed, cuz sending in a Ticket is pointless, cuz a gazillion poeple are having Borg Unlock problems, and have sent tickets...
Only chance to get my Borg unlocked now is to wake up at 3 AM in the morning and send in a ticket then.
I feel so let down. And it's funny how companies tack a "free day" onto player's accounts as an apologie for their frakk-ups... Would be like a slap in the face for Lifers.
