A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
So I picked up two shiney new bridge officer stations this morning and I had no clue what they did, so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction or answer this for me.
The two stations I picked up, both were science stations, one with +5 photonic theory, the other with + 5 spacial anomoly. Any idea what those stats do? And what +5 means?

where did you find the stations? Just in combat or did you purchase them? I assume you can purchase them on Sol (I found the mk II and up there on the ship requisition level), but I can't find the mk I's any where. Any help?
